Payment 

There is a one-time $45 cleaning fee. This fee will be included with your first payment.
Payment with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or a Visa or Mastercard debit card is preferred.
Credit or debit card information is taken during the reservation and referral process. All guests must provide credit or Visa/ Mastercard debit card information in order to check-in.

Credit and debit cards are charged based upon reservation; at the predetermined rate (Guests staying under 6 days, at time of checkout; guests staying over 6 days, weekly or referral reservation).

Cash and payment by check are not accepted at the Front Desk per. University policy. If you would like to pay using cash or check, please let us know when completing your reservation to arrange for payment.

Financial Assistance

IMD Guest House provides temporary lodging accommodations to qualified guests at an already reduced rate of $65 each night. Rates, may be further reduced based on substantial financial need. Not all applicants may qualify for financial assistance through the Comfort Fund. Financial assistance forms must be completed during the referral process.

A complete referral or financial assistance application must be received for each stay. Incomplete applications are not qualified for financial assistance.

All Referral and Financial Assistance Forms must be completed by the referring hospital or social worker. We reserve the right to verify all submitted forms. Incomplete applications may not qualify for accommodation and/or financial assistance.
